Job Responsibility:
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to spearhead strategic partnerships with the banks. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering high-value alliances, and delivering on financial objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and partnership strategies in business development.
- Ability to do new bank Alliances.
- Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.
- Manage the vertical’s P&L in alignment with organizational objectives and profitability as per the strategic plan.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships within partner banks to unlock new business opportunities.
- The person would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions

- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis
- Excellent communication (oral & written),
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a strong consultative approach.
