On a consolidated basis, the group has a net worth of Rs. 1,380 crore and a gearing of around 0.5x as on December 31, 2019 (Rs. 1,261 crore and 0.62x, respectively, as on March 31, 2019).

We properly utilise the synergistic benefits within our group, which facilitates operating efficiencies, as reflected by the relatively lower cost-to-income ratio (40.2% in FY2020 and 39.95% in FY2019).

Our asset quality indicators have remained healthy with no write-offs in the capital market segment over the past few years with gross NPAs standing comfortably at 1.1% as on December 31, 2019 (0.8% as on March 31, 2019).

Our liquidity profile is adequate, supported by a healthy level of margin utilization with the exchanges, a sizeable arbitrage book (~ Rs. 40-50 crore), which can be liquidated if needed and a comfortable capital structure.
